I had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere throughout my stay here. The location of this place is amazing, right by the water slides area and just steps away from the beach. I loved being able to enjoy the water park with my family and then easily access the beautiful sandy beach. The hotel had great amenities, including a spa and wellness center, a swimming pool, and even live entertainment in the evenings. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I appreciated the little extras like the tea and coffee facilities and the balcony with garden furniture. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a perfect choice for a luxurious and enjoyable vacation.

I had an amazing time at a wonderful hotel! The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff were so polite. The hotel grounds and gardens were beautiful, and the pool area was always full but clean. The beach was lovely with a lifeguard on duty. The buffet had so much choice and the food was amazing. The kids' mini disco was great and the entertainers did a fantastic job. Despite being surrounded by kids, it was still a great experience for couples. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a fantastic family holiday near Heraklion, with the best beach just a stone's throw away. We loved trying out the Italian and Greek restaurants close to the beach for lunch, and the local shop was really convenient. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard, and the air conditioning provided some much-needed relief from the heat outside. The water park on site was really enjoyable, and there were plenty of sun loungers available for everyone.

The entertainment for teenagers was a bit lacklustre.
